Features for Facilities
Seamless access on any device
Facilities can manage loads anytime, anywhere. Post a load from your computer and track it on your phone—everything stays perfectly in sync across web, iOS, and Android. From scheduling to verified drop-offs, HaulFirst keeps every haul moving smoothly and on time.
Built for the waste industry
HaulFirst connects facilities and haulers to keep waste moving—from C&D and Class 3 to recyclables. Backhaul opportunities for mulch, sand, and other materials help haulers reduce empty miles and keep earning on the return trip. Instant alerts, in-app chat, verified drop-offs, and simple weekly payouts keep every load on track, while delivery records and load history make recordkeeping easy.
Real-time Notifications & Chat
Waiting on a status update or playing phone tag costs you time and money. Notifications and in-load chat functionality give you total, real-time control over every moving load. From the moment a load is claimed to the second it's verified, you receive critical updates that keep operations flowing without interruption.
